We use 15-minute arrival windows to keep the evening comfortable and give every guest personal attention. Each window accepts a maximum of three parties.

How will I receive payment?
If you accept an offer, payment is issued by check or secure bank transfer. The team will confirm your preferred method privately during your evaluation.
Do I have to sell my jewelry?
No. Your evaluation is private and there is no obligation to accept an offer.
Can I bring broken jewelry?
Yes. Broken chains, damaged rings and single earrings may still contain valuable gold.
What happens if I arrive early?
You are welcome to enjoy the showroom, music and refreshments until your reserved window begins.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Your RSVP reserves one evaluation party, and you are welcome to bring one guest.
